I'm in the twilight zone...

I've decided that I truly am in the twilight zone. I heard a White Stripes song and I actually loathed it. I surmized that this is primarily because it was a cover of the Tegan and Sara song "Walking With a Ghost," a song which I adore. Also, the song doesn't go well with Jack's voice. Just a wierd observation. Spent the weekend caught up in L's birthday celebration. On saturday we went to San Jose to her Grandparents house, and it was rather fun to be old people and a crazy family again. Her pschizophrenic father was really nice and pleasent, while her technically sane aunt garnered "are you psycho" stares from the family, including L's father. 'Twas truly an interesting night.
Then yesterday I got up at noon and we wend to Lavende, this hip place in the Mission (which is a rather divey area) that served brunch. While it is a supposedly "hip" place, I though that the waitresses were bitches, and the music far too loud. Guess its a side effect from the place being a club at night. It was fun drinking alcohol that early. But I've had far too much sugar this weekend, really need to cut down
So that was my times. My parents are going to come down for my birthday this weekend, so that nice.
